Cross Mentoring ist ein Programm, bei dem Mentorinnen und Mentoren sowie Mentees aus unterschiedlichen Unternehmen und Branchen gezielt miteinander vernetzt werden. Erfahrene Führungskräfte begleiten dabei Kolleginnen und Kollegen auf allen Karrierestufen – über Unternehmensgrenzen hinweg – im Rahmen eines vertrauensvollen Austauschs.
Das Ziel: neue Perspektiven gewinnen, voneinander lernen und den eigenen Horizont erweitern. Besonders bereichernd ist, dass nicht nur die Mentees, sondern auch die Mentorinnen und Mentoren von der Zusammenarbeit profitieren – durch frische Impulse, inspirierende Ideen und den Zugang zu wertvollen Netzwerken.
Das Cross Mentoring in der Metropolregion Nürnberg ist ein etabliertes Personalentwicklungsprogramm für Führungskräfte, das seit 2006 jährlich startet.
Es bringt erfahrene Führungskräfte als Mentorinnen sowie Mentoren mit Nachwuchsführungskräften als Mentees zusammen, um Wissen, Erfahrungen und Netzwerke auszutauschen
Das Programm läuft über ein Jahr und umfasst regelmäßige Mentoring-Gespräche sowie ein begleitendes Rahmenprogramm, das auf die spezifischen Anliegen der Teilnehmenden zugeschnitten ist.
Ziel ist es, Karriereentwicklung, Führungskompetenz und Chancengleichheit zu fördern sowie das regionale Netzwerk zu erweitern
Ergänzend gibt es ein International Business Mentoring, das Fach- und Führungskräfte aus dem Ausland unterstützt, sich in der Region zu integrieren
Anhand eines ausführlichen Fragebogens führt Susanne Bohn mit allen Mentees und Mentor:innen persönliche Telefongespräche. Dabei geht es ihr vor allem darum, ein gutes Gefühl für die Persönlichkeit und individuellen Erwartungen zu bekommen.
Auf dieser Basis stellt sie die Tandems zusammen – mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl und Erfahrung.
Bei der Auftaktveranstaltung lernen sich die Mentor:innen und Mentees dann persönlich kennen.
